By using Pixel Asset Generator ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptable use

You may use the Service for personal and commercial game development purposes. You agree not to:

• Upload any photo or other material unless you own the necessary rights or have permission to use it.
• Upload an identifiable person's image unless it is your own image or you have that person's explicit consent.
• Create face swaps, deepfakes, impersonations, or other unauthorized uses of a person's likeness.
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.

2. Inputs, outputs, and responsibility

Outputs are derived from the material you provide. You are responsible for confirming that you have all rights and permissions required for your inputs and intended use, and you are solely responsible for how you use or distribute generated outputs. Third-party licenses and applicable laws continue to apply.

3. Nature of the service

The Service is a self-service software tool, not a marketplace. Users cannot list, buy, or sell another user's content through the Service, and we do not broker transactions between users.

4. Credits and one-time purchases

Each account has one credit balance. New accounts receive 10 welcome credits. Credits are internal usage units that can be used only for eligible generation actions within the Service. They cannot be transferred to another account, resold, redeemed for cash, or used to buy third-party goods or services. Additional credits may be offered through one-time credit purchases; there is no recurring plan. Posted prices, quantities, and applicable refund terms are shown before purchase.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that results will meet your specific requirements.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
