This policy explains when Pixel Asset Generator refunds one-time credit pack purchases. Credits are internal usage units for generation requests inside this software. They are not cash, gift cards, or stored value.
If you have not used any credits from a pack, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Include the Google account email and the Paddle transaction ID from your receipt. We refund unused packs through Paddle.
If a generation request fails after a credit is deducted, we restore that credit to the same account. That is not a cash refund. Repeat the request or contact support with the time of the failure.
We do not refund credits that were already used for a completed generation, including results you dislike, unused leftover credits after some use, or outputs you later delete. Review the preview before buying another pack.
Duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, and tax display issues are handled through Paddle. Contact us first so we can match the transaction. Opening a chargeback before contacting us may delay restoration of the account.
Email [email protected] from the Google account used to buy credits. We typically reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.
